Trifextra: Robert Frost

Trifextra: Robert Frost

In three words I can sum up everything I know about writing: just do it.

This weekend’s Trifextra challenge: Robert Frost one said, “In three words I can sum up everything I’ve learned about life: it goes on.”  We want you to do the same.  Sum up anything you want, but do it in three words.  Your response should mirror Frost’s quote by beginning, “In three words I can sum up everything I’ve learned about–.”  And the last four words are yours to choose.

Thanks for stopping in!

Very, very true. And one of the hardest things to remember, somehow.

  6. Ah, you and I are on the same wavelength! Nicely done.

  7. So true. Something all writers come to know eventually. And something the rest of society doesn’t seem to fathom, from what I can see.

  8. Marie says:

I love this. Just do it. Roll up your sleeves and write. And then write some more. Well said Sam!

  9. Just sit down and do it. And remember to sit down and do it. And sit down and do it without checking email or playing Bubbleshooter or checking Twitter.
    So true. Thanks for sharing!

It's YOUR write side, too! Let's hear it!
